<p style="text-align:left"><b>Job Description</b></p><p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p><span>The Future Talent Program features Cooperative (Co-op) education that lasts up to 6 months and will include one or more projects. These opportunities in our Animal Health Division can provide you with great development and a chance to see if we are the right company for your long-term goals</span></p><p></p><p>We’re seeking a motivated Marketing Co-op to support go‑to‑market strategy, competitive positioning, and product launch activities. This role offers hands‑on experience working with product, sales, and marketing teams to translate product capabilities into compelling messaging, enable sales, and measure market impact. Ideal candidates are studying marketing, business, product management, communications, or a related field.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Help develop product positioning and messaging tailored to buyer personas and use cases</p></li><li><p>Support production of customer‑facing materials such as one‑pagers, FAQs, slide decks, website copy, and social media posts</p></li><li><p>Perform market, customer, and competitive research to identify trends, differentiators, and gaps</p></li><li><p>Analyze product usage and campaign performance to inform positioning and prioritization</p></li><li><p>Create and maintain product collateral in the content repository and update product pages in CMS</p></li><li><p>Track KPIs tied to product marketing (adoption, feature usage, etc.) and prepare reports</p></li></ul><p></p><p><u><b>Education:</b></u></p><ul><li><p>Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s program in Marketing, Business, Communications, Product Management, or related field</p></li></ul><p></p><p><u><b>Required Experience and Skills:</b></u></p><ul><li><p>Candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail</p></li><li><p>Candidate must have the ability to synthesize technical product information into clear, benefit‑focused messaging</p></li><li><p>Candidate must have an analytical mindset and be comfortable working with data in spreadsheets</p></li><li><p>Candidate must have proficiency with Microsoft Workspace</p></li><li><p>Candidate must have an interest in product strategy and customer‑facing communications</p></li><li><p>Candidate must have the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Please note that this position may be closed before the posted end date or may remain open longer, at the discretion of the company.</b></p><p></p><p>Under New York City, Colorado State, Washington State, and California State law, the Company is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this job.
