Janssen Research and Development, L.L.C., a member of the Johnson and Johnson Family of Companies, is recruiting Intern/Co-op Associates for our Integrated Data Analytics and Reporting (IDAR) Training Academy! We are recruiting for the following function: Clinical & Statistical Programming (C&SP). The positions are for university students in India.

We are seeking highly motivated candidates to join our IDAR Academy. The Academy is a premier training program focused on developing and inspiring talent considering a career in pharmaceutical research and development. You can help advance our medicines in development at Janssen! Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.

  • As a Intern/Co-Op in the C&SP department, you have the opportunity to plan, design, and develop statistical programs in support of clinical research analysis and reporting activities. How you can make a difference: Apply your knowledge of data structures and programming languages (eg, SAS, R, and Python) to the analysis and reporting of our clinical trial data. .

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be actively enrolled in an accredited University for the duration of a co-op assignment pursuing a Bachelor’s, Master’s and/or MBA.

  • Completion of Undergraduate Freshmen year at accredited University is required.

  • Availability to work 40 hours per week for a 6-month duration.

Education Preferences:

C&SP

Preferred fields of study are computer science, data science/data engineering, mathematics, or another relevant scientific field.
