We exhibit a divers and balanced team set-up from Six-Sigma Black-Belt and PMP-Certified Global Regulatory Project Manager to Program Lead, Quality Management Officer and Change and Communication Manager - all with the passion for Design, Digitalization, Process Improvement and Change Management. As Change & Communications Intern you will gain hands-on experience supporting our Transformation sub-team in the execution of our Change and Communication strategy. You will be working at the intersection of project management, employee engagement, and communication strategy on a wide range of tasks: </p></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Provide operational and administrative support for various Change & Communication activities. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Assist in the design and creation of engaging change formats and visually appealing support materials (e.g., slide decks, workshop materials, dialogue formats). </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Support the creation of internal communication content, including internal mailings, newsletters, and intranet articles. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Help translate complex topics into clear and accessible messages tailored to different internal audiences. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Contribute to planning and implementing employee engagement activities and internal events. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Support day-to-day administration tasks, including maintaining internal communication channels and tracking communication activities. </p></li></ul></div><div><p><strong>Who you are: </strong></p></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>University student with at least 3-4 semesters already successfully completed in: business administration or management, business psychology, communications, public relations, or similar. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Ideally, you already have initial experience through a previous internship or student role in communication, change management or project management support. Experience in the life science, regulatory and/or quality management environment is a plus. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Advanced level of proficiency in presentation and design tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe tools or similar). </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Excellent communication skills and able to articulate complex information clearly in written materials and presentations.  </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Strong attention to detail, ensuring that all materials are accurate and align with the business requirements. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>A structured, independent working style, able to prioritize multiple tasks, and drive topics forward. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Curious, proactive, and comfortable working in a complex, multi-cultural environment. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Fluent in German and English, both written and verbal. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>You are eligible to work in Germany.  </p></li></ul><p>Duration: 6 month </p></div><br><p> </p><p><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif"><b>What we offer: </b>We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
