Job Title: People Engagement Intern
Job Location: New York
Job description:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to drive employee engagement across the Northeast geography (Geo), with a primary focus on New York City. This role will lead the planning, execution, and communication of engagement initiatives in collaboration with local leadership, councils of employee volunteers (Geo ConnectX Council), and employee resource groups (ERGs).
The ideal candidate is a connector, communicator, and organizer who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centric environment. This role will also include the research and development of an AI agent to enhance our people engagement programming, data & analytics, and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
Employee engagement planning and execution
Budget management
Creating and managing communications
Creation of an AI Agent to support people engagement
Required Skills
- Experience working in or leading teams, coordinating events, engaging people, program management, or internal communications.
- Understanding of current Agentic AI industry trends and best practices.
- Ability to conduct proper research and development of new AI agents.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with budget management and/or communication platforms.
