This role will be crucial in building brand awareness and driving engagement through effective influencer marketing strategies. You'll play a key role in identifying and collaborating with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to showcase our innovative new luggage line to a broad audience, actively managing the creation and execution of compelling content through these partnerships.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Job Description</strong></p> <ul> <li>Researching and identifying relevant KOLs and influencers who align with our brand values and target audience for the new luggage category</li> <li>Initiating contact and building relationships with potential KOLs, effectively communicating our brand story and product offerings</li> <li>Coordinating product seeding and content liaison activities:</li> <li>Briefing KOLs on campaign objectives, brand messaging, and content guidelines</li> <li>Reviewing and providing feedback on KOL-generated content to ensure brand consistency, quality, and adherence to agreed-upon terms</li> <li>Managing content deliverables from KOLs, ensuring timely submission and adherence to specifications</li> <li>Facilitating the approval process for KOL content with internal stakeholders</li> <li>Maintain a detailed tracker of influencer outreach, engagement, and results</li> <li>Produce reports summarizing influencer campaign performance, including impressions, engagement, and ROI</li> <li>Collaborating with the broader marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and integrated campaign execution</li> <li>Coordinate the collection of creative copy from copywriters and translated materials from regional teams</li> <li>Provide support to the Creative and Marketing teams in the development and refinement of presentation decks</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Requirement</strong></p> <ul> <li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field</li> <li>Prior internship experience in marketing is a plus&nbsp;</li> <li>A strong interest in marketing, social media, and influencer collaborations, with an eagerness to learn about content management and liaison</li> <li>Fluency in written and spoken English</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> <li>Proactive, eager to learn, and able to take initiative</li> <li>Ability to work effectively in a team environment</li> </ul>
