You'll be learning from our experienced team and face the real challenges in data scale and visualisation.</span></p><p></p><h2><b><b>What You'll Be Building</b></b></h2><p></p><p><span>This internship puts you right at the heart of our data product development and migration projects. You will be:</span></p><ul><li>Architecting Data:<span> Updating and enhancing our core </span>Datamarts<span> deployed within </span>Google BigQuery (GBQ)<span> to ensure data integrity and performance.</span></li><li>Visualising Insight:<span> Implementing critical enhancements and designing user centric dashboards in </span>Tableau<span>, a highly consumed platform by our teams.</span></li><li>Defining the Future:<span> Assisting in the exciting setup of our new </span>Looker Semantic Layer (LookML)<span>, building new Looks and dashboards that standardises how the entire organization understands key metrics.</span></li></ul><p></p><h2><b><b>The Data Toolkit You Will Master</b></b></h2><p></p><p><span>This internship is your fast-track education into the modern data ecosystem. By the end, you'll have practical, resume-boosting experience with:</span></p><ul><li>Cloud & Storage:<span> </span>Google BigQuery (GBQ)</li><li>Workflow Automation:<span> </span>Apache Airflow</li><li>Version Control:<span> </span>GIT</li><li>Visualization Leaders:<span> </span>Tableau<span> and </span>Looker (LookML)</li><li>Project Management:<span> </span>Jira</li><li>The Language of Data:<span> Advanced </span>SQL</li></ul><p></p><h2><b>What will you bring to the team?</b></h2><p></p><p><span>You don't need to be an expert, but you do need the right attitude:</span></p><ul><li><p>A Solid Foundation:<span> Prior exposure or strong interest in </span>SQL<span> (or a similar programming/querying language).</span></p></li><li><p>Data Curiosity:<span> A genuinely </span>curious mindset<span> and relentless </span>attention to detail<span>—you care about why a number is what it is.</span></p></li><li><p>Team Player:<span> Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and contribute within a high-energy, international team environment.</span></p></li><li><p>Tech Stack Enthusiast:<span> A clear interest in working with the specific technologies listed above.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><h2><b><b>Practical Details</b></b></h2><ul><li>Location: Our office in Amsterdam – a cool, collaborative space where you’ll join us on Wednesdays  & Thursdays. The rest of the days, you can work from home.</li><li>Hours: Flexible, but a minimum of 24 hours per week.
