Key Duties and Responsibilities 

Busy automotive/truck repair shop seeking a responsible shop helper with multi-tasking ability: 

  • Parts pick-up 
  • Vehicle deliveries and pickups 
  • Shop clean-up and maintenance 
  • Perform light mechanical duties, including but not limited to tire changes and oil changes 
  • Parts and inventory experience 
  • Fueling, washing, and cleaning of vehicles 
  • Assists in coordinating the use of Fleet vehicles 
  • Assists with loading and unloading of warehouse supply trucks 
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor 

Minimum Requirements 

  • Enrolled at a recognized educational institute and returning to full time studies in the Fall 
  • Enrolled in an automotive trade school program is preferred 
  • Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License with a clean driver's abstract 
  • Intermediate level computing skills 
  • Physically fit to perform functions within a heavy equipment environment
