Job Description

Key tasks & responsibilities:

As an intern in the IT department at Robert Bosch in Brussels, you will participate in and take responsibility for various tasks and projects, including:

 

  • Assist in daily IT operations, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supporting on-site technical needs
  • Participate actively in the on-site team operations, contributing to team meetings and collaborative problem-solving
  • Take the lead on small IT projects
  • Support daily operations in areas such as Hardware as a Service (HaaS) and SMITE
  • Collaborate with the Customer Loyalty Team to improve IT service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and documentation of IT systems and infrastructure

Qualifications

Required:

  • Currently pursuing a Business degree (ICT specialization ICT is not required but advantageous)
  • Strong interest in and aptitude for Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and project management
  • Excellent administrative and communication skills 
  • Fluency in English (Dutch and French language skills are a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational abilities
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
