You will work closely with our Website Content Specialist to build aesthetic, conversion-focused web pages that appeal to our target audiences, contributing directly to brand awareness, organic traffic growth, demand generation, and sales. If you are eager to dive into new marketing challenges and learn the foundational skills of web content management from experienced professionals, we have the perfect opportunity for you!</p> <p><strong>The Job:</strong></p> <p>This role is designed to provide comprehensive exposure to the full lifecycle of website content operations. You will be a vital support partner to the team.</p> <ul> <li>Content Management System (CMS) Support: Master our (custom Django) CMS by assisting with building new webpages, updating existing pages, and learning to create new web page templates.</li> <li>Global Content Operations: Support the core content operations by uploading English and localized content and assets to the website, creating landing pages, uploading videos, and assisting with keeping content inventories accurate.</li> <li>Quality Assurance &amp; Testing: Participate actively in quality assurance testing to verify that all new and updated web content functions properly across various platforms and browsers.</li> <li>Process Collaboration &amp; Documentation: Collaborate with the Web team to document content processes, creating resources that empower internal stakeholders to better utilize web tools.</li> <li>Performance Review: Review reports from web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) to understand website performance and learn how to implement improvements based on data.</li> <li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Web and Sales to understand content needs and delivery timelines.</li> </ul> <p><strong>You:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a University/college degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Journalism, Communications, Education, Linguistics, Public Relations, or a similar field.</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal <strong>English language skills</strong>; other languages are a significant plus.</li> <li>A <strong>proactive, goal-driven mindset</strong> with a strong willingness to take initiative and solve problems.</li> <li>Highly <strong>organized and detail-oriented</strong>, with exceptional planning abilities.</li> <li>Demonstrates an eager interest in digital marketing, web content management, and SEO best practices.</li> <li>Comfortable working both independently on assigned tasks and collaboratively within an agile, cross-functional team environment.</li> <li>Basic familiarity with building or managing websites (personal projects count!)</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus Skills:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with marketing or web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs).</li> <li>Any experience or coursework related to content and SEO best practices.</li> <li>Previous experience or coursework with a CMS platform (e.g., WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, etc.).</li> <li>Experience with design tools (like Figma) or basic photo/video production/editing.</li> <li>Any exposure to B2B marketing concepts.</li> <li>Writing or editorial experience (school newspaper, personal blog, etc.).</li> <li>Familiarity with 3D printing or the 3D printing industry</li> </ul> <p><strong>We Offer:</strong></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Hybrid work</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Catered lunch at the office 3 days per week</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Private health insurance with Medicare (Blue package + hospital coverage)</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">A monthly or quarterly public transportation pass for Budapest</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Shares in the company (we're a double unicorn company!)</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Free beverages and snacks at the office</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">All You Can Move sports pass with 7000 HUF monthly allowance</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Free 3D prints</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">An inclusive, dog-friendly office with diverse and inspiring colleagues</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Development opportunities both in-house and off-site</span></li> <li><span style="font-weight: 400;">Fun team events<br></span></li> </ul> <p><strong>We build amazing things.
