Roles and Responsibilities

Supervised responsibilities may include:

  • Handle private offering , supporting MICTMR Product Sales specialist and following their guidance; 
  • Harmonize technical documentation across MICTMR Portfolio;
  • Handle GEHC customer registry and quickly align when needed;
  • Support Local supplied Items purchase workflow for assigned modalities;
  • Support PSSs and PMs when additional documentation is requested to finalize acceptance;
  • Assist Modality Manager with technical/procedural requests;
  • Occasionally attend external customer meetings with assigned tutor.

Required Qualifications

  • Scientific degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent is required;
  • Good interpersonal skills;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

Desired Characteristics

  • Ability to operate effectively in a multitasking environment;
  • Time management skills.
  • Good oral and written communications in English;
