About the Role

Position Summary

We are looking for a new Logistics Operation Intern to join our Order Desk team!

Role and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all kind of customer orders (Normal order, Special Order, Bundle Order, Free of Charge (FOC) Order, and Commercial Return Order) related to specific product group
  • Responsible for logistics monitoring of return and refund orders to EEDC
  • Ordering
    • receiving customer order from sales, B2B, B2C
    • input into the system
    • stock check
    • credit checking
    • interface between sales, Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Eastern Europe Distribution Centre (EEDC) in managing customer requested Delivery date
    • backorders ( orders could not be delivered in time )
  • Claim process, Credit notes
  • Move allocation
  • Cooperating with SCM and sales team,monitoring and reporting about weekly and monthly sales results and progress
  • taking care of returns, communication with warehouse
  • Reporting to the direct manager
  • Order set up and  order management
  • Payment communication
  • Order release and CBR requests
  • Collecting paper administration
  • Excel administration
  • Booking transportation
  • Daily communication with shipper, logistics team and customs
  • Other tasks per direct managers request

Skills and Qualifications

Qualification/Experience

  • Education preferrably in area of economics, logistics, administration
  • 1 year experience in back office support or sales support or administration (student experience also accepted)
  • Ability to work full time

Knowledge

  • Upper-intermediate command of English and local language
  • Advanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
