HEICO is an Aerospace company that is looking for a talented and eager Quality Administrator Intern. If you're a college student looking to gain valuable hands-on experience, knowledge, and ability to work on projects then we encourage you to apply. HEICO Internships are an 10 to 12 week program that combines on-the-job training with structured learning opportunities.
The Quality Administrator Intern will assist with the Quality team with various projects.
This internship will take place starting Monday, May 18, 2026 till Friday, August 7, 2026.
Application will be accepted until December 31, 2025.
The format of this internship will be in person, full-time 40 hours per week. Monday- Friday during normal business hours.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Support the quality team in continually improving the corporate Quality and Safety Management Systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, ensure alignment with business conditions, and implement feedback from audit outcomes.
- Assist the quality team in the development of quality and safety training material.
EDUCATION:
- At least one year towards a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, or similar Engineering Degree.
EXPERIENCE:
- Previous or current internship or co-op intern experience preferred.
Skills:
- Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Highly effective communications skill.
- Must be able to work independently and with a team.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
