We appreciate the individuality of the people around us.</p> <hr> <p>&nbsp;</p></div><p><strong>JOB SUMMARY:</strong></p> <p>As part of the Trace3xperience Program, the Operations Intern Tracer (Intern) will support the Operations team in various aspects of the business, including, but not limited to: Contracts Compliance, Quality Management, Operations execution, and reporting and analysis. Tracers in this program will receive accelerated professional development, exposure to all technical functions of an IT consulting organization, world-class mentoring, and unique networking opportunities across the organization.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO LEARN AND DO: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Learn about Government Contract Execution and Management. Support the execution of orders and reporting on contracts by completing regular data reporting.</li> <li>Learn about Quality Management Systems and the procedures required to support it.</li> <li>Support the ISO 9001:2015 Audit preparation and execution. Includes documentation updates, metrics reporting, preparing auditees, and day-of logistics, etc.</li> <li>Learn and support operational data collection and analysis: Financial, operational, pipeline, quality, etc. Learn ERP system tools and build reports for effective data capture and analysis.</li> <li>Learn how to build relationships with internal teams, sales, and program managers.</li> <li>Perform other duties as assigned.<strong><br><br><br></strong></li> </ul> <p><strong>ELIGIBILITY AND PREFERRED SKILLS:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Enrollment in the Junior or Senior year of an undergraduate program, at an accredited college or university</li> <li>Candidates should be pursuing a field of study applicable to the Operations Internship</li> <li>Cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or better; People and Organizational Health may require a copy of the applicant’s transcript</li> <li>Academic or professional/internship experience working in a professional setting is a plus</li> <li>Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and accept direction on given assignments</li> <li>Self-motivated individuals with a customer mindset and desire to help people</li> <li>Enthusiasm for technical problem solving with attention to detail and strong communication skills</li> <li>Ability to learn and research in a dynamic and engaging environment</li> <li>Availability to work 40 hours per week throughout the internship</li> <li>Proficient in basic computer/laptop use, including advanced operations</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="description">Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
