The opportunity

How you’ll make an impact

1. You will be responsible for electrical design of power transformer order and tender designs in compliance with the market and sales strategy to meet the market needs.

2. You will coordinate design activities within a worldwide factories network and influence specification at the tender and pre-tender stage, through conceptual discussions.

3. You will lead the technical communications/discussions/decisions with the customers covering the whole business chain of value where technical skills are keys (tendering, sales, project execution, after sales services…).

4. You will support the local & global organization on S&M, SCM, quality activities, cost savings and develop innovative designs to meet all requirements for functionality, performance, reliability, serviceability, cost and manufacturability of transformer products.

5. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete electrical, mechanical, simulation, prototyping, and testing also provide punctual and effective technical support to factories, salespeople and customers also lead project execution.

6. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

1. You hold a bachelor’s or master's degree in Electric Engineering with relevant experiences, Graduate from 211/985 university is preferred.

2. Ability of completing technical documentation and strong team leadership and teamwork with cross-functional communications and influential skills.

3. Self-motivated, energized, and results oriented with creative thinking with demonstrated analytical skills and structured work approach.

4. Ability to work independently toward timely completion of a variety of assignments.

5. Familiar on Microsoft office and tools.

6. Fluent in English (both speaking and writing) , overseas study experience is preferred.
