Your work will involve supporting various People Team operations and projects, such as data management, onboarding, process administration, employee listening, and tooling support to enhance the overall employee experience. The People Services Delivery team is the engine that drives our employee experience. This role is pivotal in ensuring our workforce is empowered, supported, and engaged.</p> </div> <p><strong>How You’ll Find Success</strong></p> <ul> <li>You will partner with HR managers, team members, and other stakeholders to support programs and initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.</li> <li>Your success will be evident through improved engagement metrics.</li> <li>You will streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency.</li> <li>You will use data-driven insights to inform our People Operations strategies.</li> <li>Your innovative ideas and commitment to employee well-being will make a tangible impact on our organizational culture.</li> </ul> <p><strong>How You’ll Grow</strong></p> <ul> <li>You are passionate about people and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.&nbsp;</li> <li>You are proactive and detail-oriented, with a knack for problem-solving and a steadfast commitment to enhancing the employee experience.</li> <li>Whether it's optimizing onboarding processes or spearheading employee data audits, you bring enthusiasm and creativity to everything you do.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Things You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li>Execute the administrative aspects of HR processes like onboarding, mobility, and others, ensuring accuracy, consistency, satisfaction, and compliance.</li> <li>Design &amp; deploy best-in-class listening programs on the Qualtrics platform, analyze employee feedback, and report these insights to senior HR leaders.</li> <li>Maintain and update employee information across people-related systems with precision and accuracy. Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of information and integrity of our data.</li> <li>Provide direct employee support through HR portals, assisting users with questions and technical issues and encouraging self-service through our tools and resources. Support the use of HR systems, employing super-user skills to assist with basic issues.</li> <li>Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather feedback and recommend improvements to various people processes.
