2026 Summer Internship – Interior Design

Interior Design interns will be located in Sasaki’s Boston Office.

Interested? Here is what you need to know:

• Location: Boston, MA
• The summer internship is an in-person internship.

• 10-12 week program from June 1st - August 28th, 2026 (end dates will be determined on academic need & preference. Start date is firm.)
• Applications close/due: Friday, January 16^th, 2026
• Interviews: ~2/2/26 – 2/13/26
• Notifications: ~Week of 2/16
• $26/hr

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from an accredited institute and actively pursuing or newly possessing a degree in a field directly related to interior architecture
• All years/classes (both undergraduate and post-graduate) are encouraged to apply - including recently graduated and masters students
• Ability to start on 6/1/26 at Sasaki in Boston, MA
• Proficiency in: Revit and/or Creative Suite, rendering skills a plus

What you’ll do:

• Develop and coordinate detailed design concepts
• Perform production functions: drafting, documentation, and model creation
• Prepare design presentation packages
• Perform assignments including basic plans, elevations, renderings, square foot calculations, materials investigations and understanding where those fall within a project
