The Role
As a Sales Intern supporting the OE/OES (Original Equipment / Original Equipment Service) segment, you will assist in ensuring continuity and operational excellence in the commercial sales process with key automotive clients. Your work will involve reporting, order management, shipment tracking, and client support, directly contributing to efficient customer service and smooth sales execution.
What You’ll Do (Impact Areas)
Sales Operations & Client Support (OE / OES)
- Support the end‑to‑end commercial sales process for OE/OES clients, ensuring timely responses and operational continuity.
- Maintain close interaction with customers to support orders, deliveries, and ongoing business activities.
Reporting & Data Management
- Create detailed monthly reports on battery shipments, deliveries, and returns for OE/OES clients, with a primary focus on Toyota OES.
- Consolidate and analyze shipment and delivery information to support business visibility and decision‑making.
Order Management & Platforms
- Capture OE/OES customer orders in Salesforce with accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor order status and coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper fulfillment.
Shipment Tracking & Coordination
- Supervise and follow up on battery shipments to Toyota OES branches, ensuring on‑time deliveries.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to resolve issues or discrepancies.
Customer Documentation Support
- Assist in the creation and delivery of ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) documentation for John Deere OES.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with customer requirements for all shipping‑related documents.
What Success Looks Like
By the end of the internship, you will have:
- Delivered monthly shipment and delivery reports with consistency and accuracy.
- Ensured timely and precise order management within Salesforce.
- Supported the smooth execution of shipments to Toyota OES and other OE/OES clients.
- Accurately generated ASNs for John Deere OES.
- Contributed to seamless customer service and strengthened client relationships through reliable follow‑up and communication.

What You Bring (Qualifications)
Applicable Backgrounds:
- Students in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, Marketing, or related fields.
Preferred Skills:
- Interest in commercial operations, sales processes, and customer service
- Ability to work with reporting tools (Excel, BI tools preferred)
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems (a plus)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of logistics or order‑to‑delivery processes (desirable)
Work Model & Travel
- On‑site at MBC
- No travel required
