As a Customer Care Support Office Representative Intern, reporting to the Customer Care Team Lead, you will ensure the correct and daily execution of main responsibilities within the Customer Care Support Office according to the requirements.

 

You will have a hybrid working model (4 days at home and 1 day at the office) based at our office located in Martinez.

 

Main responsibilities

  • Work with guidance from Senior Representatives and Team Lead
  • Communicate with internal and external partners by phone or by email
  • Manage and following customer portals for upload invoices
  • Manage sales order process from receipt of purchase order for assigned customers following Customer Care guidelines
  • Provide support for assigned customers to meet order requirements and escalate issues
  • Daily communication and collaboration with customer care front office and any other relevant area
  • Resolve issues and handle customer complaints internally and externally and determine corrective action
  • Monitor invoicing (manual process when applicable)
  • Perform order entry for both division and all accounts with all order entry method
  • Extract and analyze to improve customer Indicators with a mindset of continuous improvement

 

Requirements

  • University student in in Administration, Supply Chain Management, Sales, Business or equivalent.
  • Intermediate level of English.
  • Professional experience: 0-6 months of experience in Customer Care or administrative.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent tools.
