Capital Intern, Endeavor Catalyst (Undergraduate, Summer 2026)

<h5 style="margin:12pt 0px 6pt;"><span style="font-weight:700;"><strong>THE POSITION</strong></span></h5><div style="font-family:Arial, sans-serif;font-size:10pt;line-height:1.4;color:rgb(0, 0, 0);"><p style="margin:0px 0px 8pt;">This internship position is part of the Capital Team, within <a target="_blank" href="https://endeavorcatalyst.docsend.com/view/5azqpyki39nbtqpe"><strong>Endeavor Catalyst</strong></a>, which supports Endeavor Entrepreneurs as they prepare to raise capital from the best venture capital and growth equity investors. Over the course of your ten weeks with us, your time will be split between helping entrepreneurs prepare to raise their next round of funding and helping the team build and strengthen Endeavor’s knowledge base on global venture capital and growth equity investors.</p><p style="margin:0px 0px 8pt;">You will be supporting entrepreneurs by <strong>connecting them with top-tier mentors, mapping potential investors, and curating outreach strategies.</strong> By continuing to build out Endeavor’s global investor network, we help our Entrepreneurs access smarter, better-connected capital from the top VC firms active in emerging markets. You will also get to play a role in the Endeavor Catalyst investment process and see first-hand how our rules-based fund operates.</p><p style="margin:0px 0px 12pt;">This role will work most closely with Isabela Carvajal (Associate, Capital), Margaret Pollack (Director, Endeavor Catalyst &amp; Capital), Anna Hubbell (Manager, Capital), and Jaysel Shah (Investor Network Lead).</p><h5 style="margin:12pt 0px 6pt;"><span style="font-weight:700;"><strong>HIRING TIMELINE</strong></span></h5><ul style="margin:0px 0px 12pt;padding-left:24px;"><li><p>We will accept applications until <strong>January 9th</strong> and begin interviews the week following.</p></li><li><p>An offer will be made by the middle of February.</p></li><li><p>There will be 3-4 rounds of individual interviews with an assignment.</p></li></ul><h5 style="margin:12pt 0px 6pt;"><span style="font-weight:700;"><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></span></h5><ul style="margin:0px 0px 12pt;padding-left:24px;"><li><p><strong>Grasping truly ‘global’ VC:</strong> You will dive into Endeavor’s network of venture capital funds, helping to identify which funds may potentially be a fit for investment into the companies we are supporting at the time. You will support efforts to educate these investors about Endeavor’s mission and about investing in emerging and growth markets worldwide.</p></li><li><p><strong>Extracting insights:</strong> You will serve as a thought partner to our teams in profiling and segmenting relevant investors, supporting entrepreneurs on their fundraising strategy, and identifying and facilitating strategic introductions. You will also catalog and recommend critical venture capital events that we and our entrepreneurs should attend to get connected with relevant investors.</p></li><li><p><strong>Creating case studies:</strong> One of the most powerful ways for us to showcase the unique role we play is by having strong examples on hand. Over the course of the summer, you will create a few case studies that showcase where our capital support has been the most impactful, which can ultimately be used as a tool to help recruit future entrepreneurs into the network.</p></li><li><p><strong>Supporting Endeavor Catalyst Investments:</strong> You will support the Endeavor Catalyst investment process by writing outreach notes to investors, as well as memos for direct investment opportunities for the Endeavor Catalyst LP network.</p></li><li><p><strong>Build Expert Agenda for IPO/M&amp;A Program:</strong> You will deep dive into Endeavor’s extensive network of mentors to help build and curate a robust agenda of virtual sessions with experts in the world of IPO and M&amp;A for a recently established program called ‘Paths to Liquidity’ that will service entrepreneurs as they plan their company’s exit strategy.</p></li></ul><h5 style="margin:12pt 0px 6pt;"><span style="font-weight:700;"><strong>SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS</strong></span></h5><ul style="margin:0px 0px 12pt;padding-left:24px;"><li><p>Must be a student attending an undergraduate institution with courses leading to a <strong>degree, certificate or diploma</strong>.</p></li><li><p>A demonstrated interest in <strong>venture capital, entrepreneurship,</strong> and <strong>international development.</strong></p></li><li><p>Familiarity with <strong>Salesforce</strong> and <strong>Excel</strong> is a plus.</p></li><li><p>Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.</p><ul style="margin:6pt 0px 0px;padding-left:24px;"><li><p>We will not be able to interview or select candidates without valid U.S. work authorization</p></li></ul></li></ul><hr style="margin:16pt 0px;"><h5 style="margin:12pt 0px 6pt;"><span style="font-weight:700;"><strong>PROGRAM OVERVIEW</strong></span></h5><p style="margin:0px 0px 8pt;">The <strong>Endeavor Global Summer Internship Program</strong> invites students to spend 10 weeks working closely with teams within our Headquarters – Partnerships, Marketing, People, Insights, EX Growth, Entrepreneur Selection, Finance, Catalyst, Capital, and Global Hubs.</p><p style="margin:0px 0px 8pt;">Our Internship Program prioritizes a hands-on and immersive experience for our interns. Interns work as contributors within their teams and take on meaningful projects that have a real-time impact on the work that we do. In addition to project-based experience, interns participate in curated learning sessions throughout the summer, including deep dives into Endeavor’s teams, public speaking and résumé workshops, fireside chats with senior leaders including our CEO, and opportunities to join networking events in our New York office.</p><p style="margin:0px 0px 12pt;">We’re seeking driven, globally minded students who want to explore how entrepreneurship shapes economies and who are excited to contribute in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.
