We seek to hire interns who work well in a team-driven working group, are highly motivated, intelligent, have sound judgment and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavours. This role offers the unique opportunity to grow a fast-growing and dynamic organisation in Singapore!

Role and Responsibilities

• Perform industry research in the areas of Carbon Ecosystem Enablers (e.g. carbon exchange and marketplaces, monitoring, reporting and verification (MRV), carbon ratings, carbon accounting and advisory services, among other sectors)
  • Total addressable market (TAM) and growth potential
  • Competitive landscape and dynamics
  • Key risks and considerations
• Support the evaluation of investment opportunities
  • Financial modelling, valuation analyses, and sensitivity & scenario analyses
  • Collaborate internally to build investment theses and prepare investment memorandums
  • Prepare written analyses, evaluations, and presentations of investment opportunities for use by senior management and review by the Investment Committee and the Board
  • Monitoring and maintenance of internal CRM database
• Assist in portfolio support with reporting, value creation and dataroom management.

Experience and Qualifications

• Undergraduates preferably with finance, business, environmental science, sustainability or related disciplines
• Strong interest in topics relating to carbon markets and venture capital
• Analytical problem-solver with attention to details
• Strong work ethic and demonstrated ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Prior internship with experiences in venture capital / private equity and/or investment banking will be viewed favourably
