Job Description

This job posting is for poly students doing 1 year internship in UOB.

 As team member, your role reports to a Team Lead.
 Review terms of LC, contracts, documents to ensure deal can be self-liquidated.
 Perform price check, vessel check, mark-to-market of collaterals & FX currencies and work within bank limits, counterparty limits & debtor limits.
 Monitor vessel routes, vessel arrival and to serve notice to disport agent where
necessary.
 Follow-up with customers to secure and ensure timeliness of receipt of sales proceeds.
 Review matchlists and discrepancies.
 Adhere to bank’s policies, guidelines, regulatory & AML/CFT procedures.
 Timely and accurate delivery in accordance to Service Level Agreement.
 Assist Team Leads in any administrative tasks.
