为什么选择这个实习？ 深入质量核心： 直接参与生产线质量控制、供应商管理及客诉处理等核心质量工程流程，获得一线实战经验。 导师制带教： 由资深质量工程师（QE）一对一指导，系统学习质量管理体系（QMS）、问题分析工具及审核流程。 项目全流程接触： 从新项目导入（NPI）到日常生产质量维护，你将接触质量管理的完整闭环，大幅提升系统性思维和解决问题的能力。 职业发展基石： 此实习是迈向质量、生产管理、供应链管理等职业方向的绝佳起点。表现优异者将获得转正优先机会。 全面支持： 提供有竞争力的实习津贴、完善的工作指导、实习证明及未来求职推荐信。 你的主要职责： 在导师的指导下，你将作为质量工程团队的一员，参与以下关键工作： 生产线质量支持： 协助跟进并记录生产线上的供应商质量问题；推动根本原因分析与措施执行措施有效性验证。参与处理检验环节的争议，通过收集与分析生产线及检验数据，为检验标准的优化与修订提供实证支持。协助监控关键过程参数与产品质量指标，参与评估制定并实施初步的遏制与纠正措施。 体系与审核协助：协助完成产线工艺审核（如QSB/Kamishibai），跟踪问题整改。 客诉与供应商管理支持： 客诉发生时，进行客诉问题的对接与信息收集，进行客退问题的初步判断以及跨部门沟通，并跟踪内部改善行动的进度与措施有效性。及时反馈并协助来料检验批量质量问题，跟踪供应商改善措施。 文档与培训辅助： 协助维护检验指导书等质量文件；在指导下向质检员（QC）讲解检验要求或设备操作。 新项目与日常运营参与： 参与新项目导入（NPI）的样件验收与文件管理工作；参加生产启动（PS1）会议及日常巡线，主动识别质量风险点与改进机会，记录并跟进问题解决；协助完成质量相关的行政流程。 我们期待这样的你： 基本条件： 全日制本科或硕士在读，保证每周5天全勤和可持续实习8个月以上的同学优先。 专业背景： 专业不限，电子、机械、工业工程、质量管理等相关专业同学优先。 核心技能： 英语能力： 流利的英语阅读和撰写能力，擅长口语者优先。 办公软件： 熟练使用Excel进行数据处理（如函数、数据透视表），能高效使用PPT。 学习能力： 具备良好的数据敏感度和快速学习能力，能主动理解业务逻辑。 关键素质： 细致负责： 对细节有高度关注，能严谨准确地完成记录与数据整理工作。 主动沟通： 积极主动，具有良好的团队协作意识和跨部门沟通意愿。 结果导向： 有责任心，能主动跟进任务直至闭环，适应快节奏的多任务环境。 Fortive Corporation Overview Fortive's essential technology makes the world safer and more productive.
