We work in a uniquely collaborative model across the firm and throughout all levels of the client organization, generating results that allow our clients to thrive.</p><br><br><p class="job-description-header">What You'll Do</p><p>You will be a key member of the BCG Global Security team.</p><p> </p><ul><li>Liaise with BCG offices within NAMR & worldwide to support the development & maintenance of their business resilience capabilities</li><li>Support Global Security Director - Americas and other members of the Global Security Team (as needed) in developing and delivering the global resiliency program, as required, including:</li><li>Provide support to offices or staff in crisis if required</li><li>Assist with the creation and delivery of tabletop exercises for local Incident Response Teams (IRTs)</li><li>Creation of media materials for business resiliency exercises</li><li>Assist with awareness materials for workplace violence threats, reputational issues, and climate-related crises</li><li>Draft After-Action Reports to assess local IRT response during exercises</li></ul><p> </p><p>Organize and manage an on-going programme of resilience plan reviews and incident response exercises</p><ul><li>Coordinate with regional GLB Security team members for resource planning purposes</li><li>Keep team members accountable for their project deliverables and tasks, setting deadlines</li></ul><p>Work closely with our business data analysts to ensure that programme-generated data is up to date and available for integration into Risk-wide dashboards </p><p> </p><p>Conduct research using publicly available sources to gather information on persons of interest (POIs), locations, or emerging risks that inform crisis planning and decision-making.</p><p> </p><p>Support the creation and updating of regional threat and risk assessments.</p><p> </p><p>Assist with content organization and scheduling of BCG’s Global Resilience Forum (GRF), a network of office representatives aimed at sharing best practice in response to adverse events</p><p> </p><ul><li>Ensure preparation for each GRF and open session is complete, such as sending invites, updating decks, sending out additional communications, allocating training facilitation responsibility etc</li><li>Schedule, manage and drive open training sessions for incident response team members</li></ul><p>Support members of the Global Security Team in other facets of the team’s work, as required, including: </p><ul><li>Manage the monthly team pulse check survey, sending the survey, collating all responses and updating relevant PPT deck for senior management to review</li><li>Support the Travel Security lead in managing the global Travel Security program, including: </li><li>Managing travel requests to higher-risk destinations </li><li>Monitoring changes in travel security environments that could affect BCG employees in-country </li><li>Creating and delivering pre-travel security briefings </li><li> </li></ul><p>YOU’RE GOOD AT</p><p> </p><ul><li>Must be able to perform successfully in a fast-paced intellectually intense, service-oriented environment</li><li>You’ll be open to learning, up for a challenge, welcoming and approachable</li><li>You’ll be highly organised, responsive and a team player, comfortable thinking on your feet</li><li>Handling challenging situations with poise, understanding and tact</li></ul><br><br><p class="job-description-header">What You'll Bring</p><ul><li>Fluent in English with strong written and oral communication skills  </li><li>Excellent time management; must work well with deadlines </li><li>Strong attention to detail  </li><li>Exceptional interpersonal skills, particularly across cultures  </li><li>Strong technical skills with at least intermediate PowerPoint & Excel skills </li><li>Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello and OneNote would be advantageous </li></ul><br><br><p class="job-description-header">Additional info</p><p><span><span>*** For US locations only ***</span></span><span> </span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span><span>In the US, we have a compensation transparency approach.</span></span><span> <br><span class="TextRun Highlight SCXO234486365 BCX8"><span class="NormalTextRun SCXO234486365 BCX8">Compensation range for role: $21-$24 per hour</span></span><span class="EOP SCXO234486365 BCX8"> </span></span></p><br><br><p>Boston Consulting Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
