Job Description
- Diving deep into our operational data using SQL and Google Sheets to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Analyzing product and category performance to optimize shelf layouts and product availability across our network of hubs in Germany.
- Translating complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for our warehouse and field operations teams.
- Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory health and operational efficiency.
- Collaborating with local and central teams to implement and monitor the success of your data-driven initiatives.
Qualifications
- Hands-on knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Excel (think pivot tables, complex formulas, and data modeling).
- You possess a practical understanding of SQL and are comfortable querying and manipulating data from large databases.
- The ability to quickly translate complex data insights into clear, actionable steps for field operations. You don't just find the "what," you explain the "so what."
- Have a hands-on mentality, a strong sense of ownership, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- You can articulate your findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a strong plus.
