Description of the department
Our infrastructure debt strategy pursues long-term, durable opportunities for our investors. Our portfolio has evolved naturally over the years to reflect increased investor interest in renewables and digital infrastructure.

Your role and responsibilities will include:

  • Monitor and report on the portfolio (compliance with covenants, portfolio reviews)
  • Prepare and analyse financial models
  • Undertake due diligence on potential investments
  • Prepare materials for board of directors for third party funds
  • Support senior team members in preparing investment committee papers, debt structuring and commercial negotiations as well as transaction execution (KYC, liaise with internal stakeholders, debt execution process)
     


Education Skills & Experience

Education

  • Graduate or post graduate degree in Finance, Accountancy, Economics, Investment Management, Infrastructure, Project Finance, Engineering or related subject

Skills

  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a team within an international and fast-moving environment
  • Microsoft Excel (modelling and analysis), Word, PowerPoint, etc
  • Analytical thinking/ financial analysis
  • Effective communication including verbal, written & presentational  
  • Creative thinking, capability to develop innovative solutions and challenge consensus
  • Flexible and open-minded
  • Fluency in English. Second European language is an advantage

Experience

  • Proven interest in finance/ infrastructure/ investment
  • Prior relevant internship experience is desirable
