¿Cuáles aprenderás con nosotros? 📋

  • Identificación (búsqueda y selección) y calificación telefónica de candidatos potenciales, en línea con las necesidades expresadas por los responsables de contratación.
  • Entrevistas presenciales
  • Organización y preparación de entrevistas con los responsables locales para los candidatos preseleccionados
  • Cierre y firma del contrato
  • Onboarding de los nuevos empleados

Requisitos

¿Qué buscamos? 🔍

  • Formación académica en recursos humanos, estudios empresariales, psicología o materias relacionadas.
  • Inglés: Fluido. Mínimo nivel B2. Prueba de inglés durante el proceso de selección.
  • Se requiere un convenio con la universidad o escuela de negocios
