About the Role

Our team is responsible for the feedback and resolution processes of our map-making platform. We enable both internal and external customers to report incidents and contribute to their resolution.

What you'll do
  • You will contribute to the development of tools related to the feedback and resolution processes.
  • You will participate in activities related to application supervision and maintenance.
  • You will explore and research further extensions or identify gaps in existing processes.
  • You will solve engineering problems using existing solutions.
  • You will identify risks and performance issues in existing applications and support efforts to eliminate them.
  • You will contribute to creating documentation for existing solutions.


What you'll need
  • You are a student in IT/Computer Science/Engineering/Programming or related courses;
  • You are an EU citizen or are enrolled in a Spanish University during the entire duration of the internship (at least 6 months starting February)
  • Willing to commute to our TomTom office in Madrid at least twice a week.
  • You have knowledge of coding in Java or Python; React/Javascript is a plus.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD processes or cloud infrastructure is a plus.
  • Comfortable with written and verbal communication in English.
  • You have an analytical mindset and enthusiasm to solve complex problems
  • Desire to learn and expand your skillsets.
  • You have good communication skills and enjoy teamwork.
