You light the way.</p><p></p><h2><b>More about the role</b></h2><p></p><p>This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as Internal Communication Specialist in <b>Eindhoven</b> with Signify.</p><p></p><p><span>As an <b>Internal Communications Intern,</b> you’ll be responsible for internal communications strategy for our global Net Promoter Score program, improving customer satisfaction.</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Work in a multifunctional team connecting and deploying the customer survey (NPS) results across the organization to raise customer and employee satisfaction levels</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure effective internal communication and bridge gaps between HQ and frontline teams, including language and cultural barriers</span></p></li><li><p><span>Identify training needs, develop learning materials, and deliver training sessions aligned with organizational goals</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate closely with Commercial Excellence, Quality, Operations, and Customer Services teams</span></p></li><li><p><span>Contribute directly to operational efficiency and improved customer experience</span></p></li></ul><p></p><h2><b>More about you</b></h2><p></p><p>While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:</p><ul><li><p>Currently enrolled in a degree program in Internal Communications or a related field</p></li><li><p>Interest in employee engagement, customer satisfaction, and training</p></li><li><p>Innovative, solution-oriented mindset</p></li><li><p>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an international environment</p></li><li><p>Excellent English skills; experience in training and cross-functional projects is a plus</p></li></ul><p></p><ul></ul><p><b>Everything we’ll do for you</b></p><p>You can grow a lasting career here.
