Description:

The successful candidate will work alongside senior professionals on working out distressed real estate positions in Italy and internationally.


Key tasks include:

- Financial modelling

- Research

- Report writing

- Presentations creation


Educational Objectives:

Deep knowledge in:

- Financial modelling

- The ability to research and produce analysis using initiative

- Report Writing

- Presentation creation

 

Requirements:

-IT competencies - Candidates must have some experience in financial services and financial modelling. Candidates must also be proficient in Excel and Power Point).

-Soft Skills - Candidates should be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal and organizational skills, an interest in real estate and a high degree of initiative.

-Other Information - Candidates must have some experience in financial services and financial modelling


Languages

Native in Italian and proficient in English essential.
