About the Role
Das ist die Aufgabe
- Du steigerst aktiv die Anzahl unserer Kundenregistrierungen, indem du bestehende Kontaktpunkte analysierst, Optimierungspotenziale ableitest und wirksame Maßnahmen implementierst
- Du treibst eigene Customer Relationship Marketing-Projekte voran, indem du neue Registrierungspunkte entlang der Customer Journey identifizierst, konzipierst und in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stakeholdern umsetzt
- Du unterstützt unsere Ländergesellschaft dabei eine strukturierte Bestandskundenkommunikation aufzubauen und entwickelst gemeinsam mit ihnen relevante Inhalte
- Du moderierst unsere internationale Best-Practice-Community, förderst den Austausch zwischen den Ländergesellschaften und sorgst dafür, dass erfolgreiche Ansätze transparent geteilt und skaliert werden
Das wünschen wir uns
- Laufendes Studium in den Fachrichtungen Marketing, BWL mit Marketing-Schwerpunkt, Kommunikations-/Medienmanagement oder vergleichbare Studiengänge
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, übernimmst Verantwortung für deine Aufgaben und treibst Projekte eigenständig voran.
- Du kommunizierst klar, proaktiv und bringst deine Ideen ein, um unsere Kundenkontaktpunkte und Prozesse weiterzuentwickeln.
- Du hast Lust auf Marketingkommunikaton, Daten, Customer Journeys und Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams.
- Sehr gute Microsoft 365 Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

- Gehalt: 2.117 €/Monat
- Beginn: ab März 2026
