Job Description

As part of the Central People & Culture department, we are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn intern to join our Global Talent Management team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful initiatives that help shape Accor’s Talent Management strategy. The position is dynamic and varied - perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment. 

Missions:  

  • Duration of the internship : 6 months 

  • Start date: January or February 2026 

You will play an active role in several ongoing projects such as internal mobility policy launch, working on a new strategy of talent management for hotels and contribute to several key HR projects, such as the development of career paths and competency mapping, with responsibilities including: 

  • Helping to market internally Accor’s global Talent Management strategy. 

  • Preparing high-impact PowerPoint presentations and internal communication materials. 

  • Coordinating administrative elements: organizing meetings, drafting minutes, supporting facilitation. 

  • Conducting benchmarking and research into best practices in Talent Management. 

  • Support key milestones of change management rollout for new HR initiatives. Such as development of change management content: toolkits, user guides, one-pagers. 

Qualifications

Skills & Competencies 

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) 

  • Strong organizational and multitasking ability 

  • Detail oriented, adaptable, and able to anticipate needs 

  • Professional and discreet when handling confidential information 

Technical Proficiency 

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint (deck creation and storytelling) 

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Excel (data formatting, formulas, light automation) 

  • Experience with working on Canva is a plus 

Mindset & Work Ethic 

  • Curious and eager to explore Talent Management and HR global strategies and initiatives 

  • Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks in parallel and independently 

  • Team-oriented with a problem-solving approach 

  • Enthusiastic about the hospitality industry and committed to service excellence 

Your Background 

  • Fresh graduate or a current student of a Bachelor/Master degree 

  • Field of study: Business, Human Resources, Hospitality or related 

  • A first experience or substantial internship in a corporate or HR-related setting (hospitality sector is a plus) 

  • Language (written and spoken): Fluent English required; French is a plus
