The Technology Consulting Internship & Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) Program is intended for students who aspire to gain substantial, practical experience within the dynamic realm of technology consulting. This program affords participants the opportunity to address authentic business challenges, contribute to innovative solutions, and earn eligibility for a Pre-Placement Offer contingent upon exemplary performance during the internship period. Interns will work in close collaboration with industry leaders, engaging in high-impact projects and cultivating essential competencies for a distinguished career in consulting.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in ERP and CRM implementations (Oracle Fusion, Workday, Salesforce, MS Dynamics).
• Support data analytics projects: dashboards, KPIs, and insights for clients.
• Participate in digital transformation roadmaps, including cloud migration strategies.
• Conduct market and technology research on emerging trends.
• Prepare client-ready deliverables: presentations, reports, and solution documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (functional consultants, developers, architects)
• Contribute to proof-of-concepts (POCs).
• Assist with the analysis of client requirements and business processes to determine areas where technology-driven enhancements may be realized.
• Support project teams in the conceptualization, development, and implementation of bespoke technology solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Participate in client meetings, document observations, and contribute to the preparation of presentations and formal reports.
• Contribute to the testing and deployment phases of technology initiatives, upholding the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development initiatives, such as training seminars, workshops, and mentorship arrangements.
Internship Qualifications
• Pursuing B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
• Engineering CGPA – Minimum 3.0/4.0 or 7.5/10.0
• 10th and 12th Marks – Minimum 75%
• Student should be in a final / VIII semester of academic program, no backlogs and will be graduating by Jun’2026.
• Can start the internship by 12th Jan 2026 and employment by Jun 2026.
• Student should not have accepted any full-time employment offer with any other organization/company at the time of application as well as during the selection process.
• Fundamental understanding of technology concepts, including but not limited to software development, cloud computing, and data analytics.
• Familiarity with at least one programming language (Java/C++/Python/JS/SQL).
• Exposure to web/mobile development, APIs, or cloud basics is a plus.
• Problem-solving mindset; strong communication, ownership and interpersonal capabilities.
• Capacity to operate both autonomously and within collaborative team environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management and collaboration tools is considered advantageous.
Internship to PPO Conversion Criteria
• Consistent exhibition of technical expertise and consulting aptitude throughout the internship tenure.
• Demonstrated teamwork, leadership, and client engagement skills.
• Initiative in mastering new technologies and adapting to evolving business landscapes.
• Favorable evaluations and endorsements from mentors, and project leaders.
• Timely and high-quality completion of all designated deliverables.
• Cultural fit and growth mindset.
• A Contract of Employment will be drawn up and presented to you after six weeks of internship period. The terms of your employment will be contained in the Contract of Employment and the Employee Policies as contained in the Employee Handbook.
• As part of your training process, you will undergo specialized training to equip you with the necessary skills for your role. Continuation and confirmation of your employment will be conditioned upon your successful completion of the required training. Failure to complete the training gives Company a cause for re-evaluating your employment status with the Company. The Company will fully bear the cost of this training. However, please note that if you choose to resign or your employment is involuntarily terminated for cause before completing the stipulated recovery period, you will be required to reimburse the total cost of training incurred by the Company. Further details regarding the training cost and recovery period will be provided in the appendix and training agreement.
• To the extent applicable, continuation of your employment relies on you successfully completing the graduation degree by June 2026. You agree and acknowledge that in the unfortunate event of failure to successfully complete your graduation degree, your employment will be terminated with immediate effect without further notice or obligations to you.
