About the Role

Intern Automotive Design - Open Application (m/f/d)

at the Kia Europe Design Centre in Frankfurt/Main, Germany. This is an open application, and we will review your portfolio and be in touch should a suitable opportunity align with your profile. Please note that your application will remain active in our system for a maximum of six months.

Your Mission:

  • Dive into Kia’s advanced and production car projects, unveiling the world of design and brand aesthetics.

  • Elevate your skills by assisting our experienced core team in crafting design proposals – from overarching themes to intricate component-level details.

  • Express your creativity through captivating sketches and renderings, embracing our design philosophy of opposites united.

  • Translate creative concepts into mesmerizing 3D virtual reality experiences. Showcase designs for reviews and presentations.

  • Embrace the opportunity to collaborate on your projects alongside our dynamic design and digital modelling team.


 Your Talents:

  • You are currently enrolled in a university - Transportation Design program. You will remain enrolled for the full internship period.

  • You have excellent English communication skills - both spoken and written.

  • You’re proficient with industry-standard software such as Blender, Alias, Adobe Photoshop, VRED.

  • You enjoy working with international teams and value cultural diversity.

  • You constantly deliver WOW through design concepts.
