<p>EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the team at our Home Office in Columbia, MO for the <strong>SUMMER</strong> of 2026.</p>
<h3><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Assist with Community Engagement initiatives, including annual campaigns and organizing volunteer opportunities</li>
<li>Streamline process for employee recognition requests. Fulfilling requests and creating a process for gifting including employee sympathy, new babies, weddings, and retirement</li>
<li>Collaborate with Talent Onboarding Specialist for Orientation preparation, Mentorship Program support, and new hire kits and information</li>

<h3><strong>About You</strong></h3>

<p>You will be expected to work within the hours of Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm.</p>
<h3><strong>What You're Working With</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Must be actively working towards a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a related field strongly recommended.</li>
<li>GPA of 3.0 or higher</li>
<li>Strong communication skills, written and verbal</li>
<li>Detail-oriented and deadline driven</li>
<li>Ability to organize and interpret data</li>
<li>Problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and propose practical solutions</li>
<li>Interest in creating meaningful employee experiences, recognition programs, and engagement initiatives</li>
</ul>
