We’re on a mission to transform an industry that’s been stuck in the past by empowering contractors and communities through innovative technology, real-time support, and a team that truly cares.</p> <p><span style="font-size: 14px;">EquipmentShare is searching for a student intern to join the team at our Home Office in Columbia, MO for the SUMMER of 2026.</span></p> <h3><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Mechanical engineering - design work including CAD modelling, drawing development, drawing package preparation, process documentation, data analysis, competitive benchmarking.</li> <li>Documentation of processes, including design and development processes.</li> <li>Mechanical Design - Component level concepts and design, component and sub-system spec and development for various mechanical systems, including sheet metal.&nbsp;</li> <li>Truck Upfit - BOM development and component selection and specification.&nbsp;</li> <li>Construction equipment attachment design and documentation - Design of attachments for construction equipment, as well as competitive benchmarking and specification documentation.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Why EquipmentShare?</strong></h3> <p>Because we do things differently — and we think you’ll feel it from day one.
