Contact Center Operations Intern Undergraduate - 2026)

You could be the one who changes everything for our 28 million members as an Intern at Centene. During this 12-week program, you'll learn more about Centene and how we're transforming the health of the community, one person at a time.
 

Position Purpose: The day-to-day is still being determined. However, the intern will likely be responsible for one or more process improvement projects focused on the Duals Operating Model. They could also be responsible for other support work, such as presentations or process flow docs. The ideal candidate will be a junior or senior who has a background or career interest in project or process management or operations optimization. Education would likely include business management or an analytics

Location: Can work in any of the 50 US States.
Remote(summer): 40/hrs. a week, 12 week program (May-August2026)
Pay Range :$18-26/hr.
