What You'll Do:

  • Support Procurement Operations – Assist with purchasing process cycle, supplier communications, and order tracking to ensure timely and accurate procurement of goods and services.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, procurement teams, and internal stakeholders to gather quotes, confirm order details, and resolve inquiries by coordinating with designated support contacts, while ensuring uninterrupted business support for potash-related procurement needs.
  • Assist in monitoring and improving procurement efficiency by tracking purchase order status, escalating urgent service requirements when necessary, and contributing to process continuity within the procurement framework.

What You'll Bring:

  • Currently enrolled in a 2-to-4-year Supply Chain Management degree or equivalent related program with a graduation date of Aug 2026 or later.

 

Additional Details

  • Location: Allan, SK

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 10-hour days

  • Term: Approximately May 4 to August 27
