In December 2019, BHcare, together with Fair Haven Community Health Care, opened Shoreline Family Health Care, an integrated care center for children and families where primary care clinicians and behavioral health professionals work together as a team to improve a family's overall health and wellness.

POSSIBLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform Clinical Assessments
  • Conduct Individual Psychotherapy
  • Conduct Group Psychotherapy
  • Complete all necessary documentation for services provided
  • Attend Dr./APRN Rounds and Clinical Staff Meetings
  • Meet at least weekly for one hour for individual supervision with supervisor
  • Other duties as required.
