<p><span data-contrast="auto">We’re seeking a full-time Government Relations Intern for our </span><span data-contrast="auto">Washington DC-based </span><span data-contrast="auto">corporate office. </span>Within this role, you will have the chance to participate in local events, dive into key policy areas, help prepare the company for the upcoming election and monitor Congressional activities. You will have the opportunity to work closely with SHEIN executives and different teams across the globe, including Corporate Communications, Supply Chain, Data Security (and more) to learn how a hyper-growth company operates.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate is collaborative, has demonstrated interest in working in Congressional legislative affairs, eager to learn more about policies that impact SHEIN. Bonus if you are well-versed in fashion and trend.</p>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Job Responsibilities</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true,"201341983":0,"335559740":240}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li>Draft memos, fact sheets, summaries, and other documents as necessary</li>
<li>Research policy matters</li>
<li>Attend events, Congressional hearings, and association meetings</li>
<li>Coordinate with cross-functional and regional teams on messaging, communications, scheduling and stakeholder relations</li>
<li>Participate in grassroots activation</li>
<li>Coordinate with multiple teams internationally</li>
<li>Monitor media and put together press summary reports Media monitoring</li>
<li>Ad hoc projects, as needed</li>
</ul>

<li>Excellent written and verbal communications skills</li>
<li>Ability to multitask, pay attention to detail, prioritize and meet tight deadlines</li>
<li>Team player with an ability to roll up your sleeves and oversee projects independently from start to finish</li>
