About The Company
Lighthouse Behavioral Wellness Centers is a non-profit organization. We are proud to be a Certified Community Behavioral Health Center (CCBHC) and the designated Community Mental Health Center for nine counties in Southern Oklahoma. As a CCBHC, Lighthouse ensures access to comprehensive behavioral health services, which include out-patient counseling, care coordination, addiction treatment and 24/7 crisis services. Lighthouse serves anyone who requests care for mental health and substance use, regardless of their ability to pay, place of residence or age.

Lighthouse is the Certified Community Behavioral Health Center designated for 9 counties in Southern Oklahoma (Bryan, Carter, Garvin, Johnston, Love, Pontotoc, Marshall, Murray, and Seminole counties) with 8 outpatient clinics (Ada, Ardmore, Durant, Madill, Marietta, Pauls Valley, Seminole, Sulphur, and Tishomingo)

  1. University/ Program attending.
  2. Program level (Masters, Bachelors) along with field coordinator contact   information.
  3. Beginning and end dates, along with placement agreement due date.
  4. Total hours required.
  5. Scheduled hours per week or per semester.
  6. Type of Supervisor credentials required.
  7. Any other program requirements.
  8. Must provide a recent copy of your OSBI Background (not for current Lighthouse employees)
  9. Must have a completed application and resume - (see application to the right) ----------------------------->>>>

*Interviews will be required.

*All internships with Lighthouse Behavioral Wellness Centers are un-paid.

*All offers are contingent on background screening results and completion of onboarding paperwork.

*You will not be contacted unless all required documents and information listed above has been received.

 

If you are needing a second internship/practicum, please contact Ashley Landgraf @ 580-319-7305 ext. 2049 prior to the first internship/practicum ending to assure availability.

 

* Lighthouse takes extra consideration to hire students upon successful completion of internship program and degree program.
