Job Description

  • Checking and trace the validity of original hardcopy documents.
  • Reviewing the approval from the Manager/Partner in the financial system and verifying that the recorded overtime aligns with the time-tracking system.
  • Compile the ready to pay OPE's for bulk payment processing.
  • Filling OPE documents.

Preferred requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; familiarity with accounting or finance software is a plus
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Willingness to work on-site in Jakarta
  • Availability to commence a full-time internship in the Finance team starting January 2025, with a commitment of six months
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, and other finance-related activities
