About this opportunity:

The Radio Data Analyst Intern will collect, process, and analyze radio network data to provide insights that improve product performance, optimize configurations, and support strategic decisions. This role combines radio system knowledge with data analytics to drive operational excellence.

 

What you will do:

  • Data Collection & Processing: Gather and validate radio performance data (PM, CM, RDC logs) from multiple technologies (2G–6G).

  • Analytics & Insights: Analyze KPIs, identify issues, and create dashboards/reports for stakeholders.

  • Tools & Automation: Use Python, Jupyter, SQL, and analytics platforms; support automated data pipelines.

  • Collaboration: Work with product, integration, and network teams to turn insights into actionable improvements.

 

The skills you bring:

  • Technical: Knowledge of RAN, LTE, NR, beamforming, and network architecture.

  • Data Analytics: Proficient in Python, SQL, Excel, and visualization tools; experience with big data a plus.

  • Soft Skills: Analytical, detail-oriented, able to communicate complex findings clearly.

Preferred:

  • Experience with AI/ML in radio analytics, KPI optimization, predictive modeling, Most Wanted Counters, or RDI data lake.

Internship Details: 6 months preferred, 4 days per week.
