About the Role
The Role
You will be part of the Mapletree Internship Programme under working full-time from January 2026 to June 2026 with the Financial Risk Management Team.
Job Responsibilities
- Support the team’s review of the risk measurement framework, including research and analysis of key real estate market data across various countries and sectors
- Work closely with the team in financial modelling and risk analysis, and assist in the preparation of quarterly risk reports/ presentations
- Assist the team in performing qualitative and quantitative risk assessments for investments and assets across the Group’s portfolio using a range of risk metrics and models such as VaR and stress testing approaches
- Undertake ad-hoc and special assignments/projects as and when delegated by the Head of Department
Job Requirements
- Strong quantitative skills and attention to details
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Good team worker with a positive attitude, willingness and ability to learn quickly
- Candidates with real-estae knowledge and/or skills in VBA / python / Power BI will have an addedd advantage
