JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Assist in coordinating production schedules and maintaining project timelines.
  • Support pre-production tasks such as script breakdowns, shot lists, and equipment preparation.
  • Help organize and manage production assets, props, and equipment.
  • Provide on-set assistance, including handling paperwork, managing call sheets, and ensuring crew needs are met.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and vendors to facilitate production requirements.
  • Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and expense tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and production guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS:

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant program (Film, Media, Communications, or related field).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of production processes and terminology is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or production software (e.g., Adobe Suite) preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
