Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Data Entry
  • Filing
  • Project setup
  • Enter A/P invoices into accounting system.
  • Invoicing – Customer and Vendors
  • Vendor setup
  • Assist with system configuration related tasks.
  • Managing project analytics.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications


 

  • Experience with Microsoft Office – skilled in excel
  • Strong ethic and ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to Analyze Data
  • Attention to Detail
  • Critical Thinking Skills
  • Accounting Organizational Skills
  • Time Management Skills
  • Continual Learning
  • Possess a moderate understanding of general aspect of duties.
  • Experience with Quickbooks preferred but not required.
