For the area  Access Systems with focus on Digital Car Key we are looking for an internship candidate (m/f/d) as of June, 1st 2026, duration: 4 months.
 

As part of the internship, the candidate shall support the development and testing activities within our Digital Car Access Reference Vehicle environments. The tasks may include

1. Automated Testing and Validation

•  Contribute to the creation and execution of automated acceptance tests for new software releases in the Reference Vehicle
• Investigate the potential of using AI to automatically generate test cases from existing source code
• Explore the feasibility of converting manual test specifications (e.g., MFI test specs) into automated test cases

 2. Feature and Framework Integration

• Assist in integrating new features into the Demokit framework
• Support the integration of new Demokit releases into the Reference Vehicle environment

3. Application Development for Test Evaluation

• Develop an application to analyse automated measurements and test results
• Verify compliance with standards and transfer validated results into the official test specifications of the corresponding standard

Here are the key qualifications we’re looking for:

• You are currently studying Electrical Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science
•  or a comparable field, providing you with a solid foundation for our area of work.
• You are familiar with MS Office, Visual C, Matlab, Websdesign and have very good skills in the common programs.
• You have very good skills in Phyton, Java and C
• Some French, fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken, are absolutely essential. 

In addition to these technical qualifications, we are also looking for certain personal qualities and skills:

• You are highly motivated, show a lot of initiative, and have a quick grasp of new topics. You’re enthusiastic about a wide range of subjects.
• You are yourious, rigorous and proactive

• You work independently, in a goal-oriented and structured manner, and know how to stay organized and effective.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are especially important to us – after all, we always work together to find solutions.
