About the Role

JOB DESCRIPTION

Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future. The intern will be responsible in the following: 1) Support the value creation team in the analysis of market trends, financial and operational data to identify potential value creation opportunities. 2) Assist in planning and tracking initiatives across portfolio companies, ensuring alignment with investment objectives. 3) Contribute to performance monitoring and reporting by compiling data and preparing updates for stakeholders. 4) Assist in basic financial modelling to support forecasting, scenario analysis, and capital structure reviews. 5) Preparation of papers, presentations and other materials 6) Working with internal function teams and external advisors on projects Learning Outcomes: 1) Gain hands-on experience in analyzing market, financial, and operational data to support strategic decision-making. 2) Understand the process of planning and executing value creation initiatives within portfolio companies. 3) Develop skills in performance tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication in a private equity context.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1) Strong verbal and written communication skills 2) Proficient in MS Powerpoint and Excel 3) Experience in financial analysis, financial modelling and fundamental research, will be highly desirable
