About the Role

JOB DESCRIPTION

Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future. The intern will be responsible in the following: 1. Learn, participate and contribute to feasibility studies and technical due diligence for properties' acquisition and asset enhancement projects. 2. Conduct research and create database for regulations and requirements in different countries for design and asset enhancement to different types of properties. 3. Digitalise current processes to reduce steps and time required to generate a good proposal and for ease of sharing and use in any countries. Learning Outcomes: 1) Exposure to feasibility studies and technical due diligence processes, full cycle of project management which include initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, closure and different regulations in different countries.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Desire to learn, creative, logical thinking, problem solving, resourceful, team player and respectful. 2. Proficient in using internet for research and ability to validate the data. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel functions and formulas.
