About the Role

JOB DESCRIPTION

Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future. The intern will be responsible in the following: • Supporting the development, review, and implementation of innovative data strategies for Keppel Group’s portfolio of assets • Working in partnership with business teams and portfolio managers to identify opportunities to source and utilize data that can drive growth and productivity • Gathering, evaluating and unifying requirements from key stakeholders of the asset management division to define performance indicators and quality metrics • Facilitating stakeholders in identifying technology challenges and supporting them in defining project requirements • Summarizing and communicating requirements to internal or external technical development teams, while supporting them with feedback and managing stakeholder expectations during implementation • Preparing, consolidating and presenting periodic reports to key stakeholders Learning Outcomes: • Experience working on real-life projects which affect the revenue & profit of a multi-national company. • Experience working in a multicultural team. • End-to-end understanding of Implementing a Data Project starting from pain point discovery to user feedback.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

● A curious data enthusiast with a passion for strategy, technology, and problem solving ● Degree in business, real estate, engineerin,g or equivalent disciplines (MBA preferred) ● Preferred prior relevant working experience in a role with exposure to data and insights ● Excellent communicator with proven stakeholder management experience ● Strategic and critical thinking mindset with ability to articulate concepts, strategies, and challenges to business and technology teams ● Strong analytical skills with a good understanding of data lifecycle and data management techniques ● Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment ● Excellent business reporting and PowerPoint presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization software, such as Power BI, is preferred.
