About the Role
Das ist die Aufgabe
- Unterstützen bei der Steuerung & Koordination eines international agierenden Support Centers
- Sie leiten Optimierungspotentiale auf der Basis von Kundeninteraktionen ab und entwickeln gemeinsam im Team neue Lösungsstrategien zur Steigerung der Kundenzufriedenheit und der effizienten Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen
- Unterstützen im Ausbau des Trainings- sowie Wissensmanagement
- Einblicke in Service-/ Prozessabläufe und Kennenlernen das gesamte STIHL Produktsortiment
Das wünschen wir uns
- Studium der Fachrichtung Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Medienmanagement oder vergleichbare Studiengänge
- Erste Erfahrungen in Kundenservice oder Projektmanagement von Vorteil
- Fachliche Kenntnisse im Bereich von Data Analytics vorteilhaft
- Anwendungssichere Englischkenntnisse und gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Engagement, Teamfähigkeit und Begeisterung für wechselnde Aufgaben

- Beginn: ab Juli 2026
